This Cazenovia College Club promotes student travel and educational learning by
providing planned group travel to a variety of international countries.
Students, Faculty, and Staff are welcome to join trips.
Past Trips
March 2003 Paris, France Paris: The City of Lights
Cazenovia students returned this past Spring 2003 from an educational and inspiring trip to the "City of Lights" Paris, France. They viewed this enchanting city from the top of The Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Sacre Coeur, and the Notre Dame Cathedral. Other excursions included a trip to the artist's village in Montmartre and the historic Palace of Versailles. Museums in Paris are endless and students took advantage of seeing several of them, such as The Louvre, The Picasso Museum, and the Musee D'Orsey. Select the Past Trips Button to see an itinerary. January 2004 Italy Rome The Eternal City
This nine day trip included visits to Rome, Florence, Sorrento, The Isle of Capri , Tivoli, the Appian Way, the Catacombs, and Pompei. Visiting these ancient cities, students viewed historical landmarks like the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Vatican City, St. Peter's Basilica, the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo's David, the Pieta, the Duomo in Florence, and Mt. Ireland: June 2004 The Emerald Isle:
This ten day trip provided an in depth look at the country and culture of Ireland, its numerous cities, and breathtaking countryside and ocean landscapes. Students arrived in Dublin, and traveled to Kildare, Cork, Kerry, and the Burren Region including Galway Bay. Travelers visited O'Connell Street, Georgian Squares, the Book of Kells in the Trinity College Library, St. Patrick's Cathedral, the National Stud Farm, Queenstown Story Museum, Blarney Castle, Ring of Kerry, the Bog Village Museum, Bunratty Castle, Folk Park, and the Burren Visitor Center..
