Items Carried: In addition to required textbooks, the Bookstore offers a complete selection of art supplies, general reading and reference material, and school/office supplies. Also, computer peripherals and ink cartridges, health and beauty products, greeting cards, candy and snack foods, film and photography supplies, batteries, magazines, newspapers, music CDs, movie DVDs, stamps, and a wide selection of traditional and fashion clothing.
Payment Options: In addition to cash and personal checks, the Bookstore accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The Bookstore also accepts Caz Cash, a debit card system available on the student ID card through the Business Office.
Return Policies:
Texts: Textbooks purchased at the beginning of the term may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the first day of classes. A RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS . New books must be in new condition, without writing, spine creasing, water damage, or other signs of use. Returns after the first seven days of the class will only be allowed when a drop slip and receipt are presented within 48 hours of dropping the course and within 30 days of the start of classes. Books purchased during the rest of the semester are returnable within two days of purchase. Books purchased during midterm and final exam periods are not eligible for a full refund.
Non-Book Merchandise may be returned for a full refund if it is still in original packaging and in resalable condition. A RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL RETURNS Refunds cannot be given on: any software, electronic media, or music CDs that have been opened. Defective merchandise will be gladly exchanged or credited.
Services:
Book Buyback: The Bookstore offers book buyback service every day. This provides students with the opportunity to 'recycle' textbooks that they no longer need. This should not be confused with the Bookstore's return policy. Buyback is limited to those books that have a current 'resale' value as determined by a national textbook wholesaler. The Bookstore does not guarantee that any textbook will have a 'resale' value.
Art Kits: The Bookstore has created specialized kits for several art and design courses. Each kit contains required item for use in the course specified. These kits are offered at a 10 to 25% savings off the regular price of these items.
Special Orders: The Bookstore offers an art supply special order system. Orders can generally be filled within 48 hours and there is no additional charge for this service. Special orders are non-returnable. Additionally, books, music, software and school supplies may be special ordered through the Bookstore.
Fax Service: The Bookstore offers a FAX service to students. Both incoming and outgoing faxes may be sent from the Bookstore. Please stop in for more information.
UPS Service: The Bookstore offers outgoing UPS shipping service. A rate schedule and additional information on shipping packages is available at the store.
Class Ring: Throughout the year, various college ring representatives are on campus sampling class rings. Orders may be placed with these representatives or at the Bookstore.
Other: U.S. Postage stamps available as well as pre-paid phone cards and umbrellas
