Michael Flannery '86, of New York City, N.Y., joined the board in 2007.
Flannery is senior managing partner of Redwood Partners International, an executive search firm where he is primarily responsible for the company’s strategic business relationships and global executive search business. He is an authority on human capital development and has extensive experience building global teams for growth companies, primarily focused on board, chief executive officer and other executive level placements. He is also an adviser to leading capitalist and private equity firms.
He is a former chairman of the Union League Club’s committee on public affairs; co-chair of the Friends of Belfast in New York City; and a member of the New York Executive Council. He is listed in Crain’s “Tech 100.”
Flannery earned a bachelor of science degree from Cazenovia College in 1986.
He and his wife, Jennifer Sullivan – a 1985 graduate of Cazenovia College and now co-owner of the George Hillenbrand interior design firm in Manhattan – reside in New York City with their children.
