Council on Long-Range Planning
The Council on Long-Range Planning is staffed by representatives from the other councils, from each constituency and, ex officio, from the Senior Staff. Although it does not have oversight of the other councils, it works to integrate policy recommendations to the planning and budgeting processes, and to see that the work of governance bodies is usefully coordinated, both with one another, and with the leadership and administrative bodies of the College. The Council on Long-Range Planning, which brings together members of the Senior Staff and representatives from the various governance councils, is the body responsible for reviewing the strategic planning and budget development processes.

Faculty Council
The Cazenovia College Faculty Council provides the President with recommendations and counsel on policies, procedures, and practices relating to the academic enterprise. In its relations with the President, with the Administration, and with the Faculty, the Council may offer recommendations either on request or on its own initiative.

Council on Enrollment Management
The Enrollment Council includes representatives from our faculty and staff as well as current students. The primary function of the Council is to support our recruitment efforts and to ensure that we all clearly understand our enrollment plans, strategies and challenges and can share this understanding with our colleagues throughout the campus community.

Council on Employee Welfare
The Employee Welfare Council is composed of one representative from each employee class and acts as a communication link/advisory to the campus community. The Employee Welfare Council makes recommendations to the President’s office that best represent employee welfare in terms of enhancing wellness.
