Grade Reports

At the end of each semester, a report of final grades earned is sent to the student’s home address.

Students should not request grades from instructors or administrators, as College policy prohibits them from complying. Grades are not reported to anyone over the telephone. FERPA prohibits the release of grades without the student’s authorization. Student who wish to have grades sent to anyone other than themselves they must complete the ‘release of information' form and file it with the registrar’s office.

A student who wishes, at term’s end, to appeal a course grade must follow the official procedure. Grade changes resulting from appeals must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office no later than six weeks from the end of the term in which the original grade was earned.
