I received a Bachelor of Professional Studies in business management with a specialization in sport management, and a master’s degree in business administration.
What were you involved in?
I was a two-sport varsity athlete, participating in basketball and softball all four years at Cazenovia; a student worker at the athletic center; a member of the Student Government Association and the Business Club on campus and a member of the first ever Dodgeball tournament champs!
How long have you been at Caz?
I started working at Caz in August of 2008, and was here until August of 2010. Then I was given the opportunity to be a graduate assistant at Alfred University and receive my M.B.A. After graduation in May 2012, I was offered a position to return to Caz and simply couldn’t turn it down!
What do you like about working in Admissions? Working with students and sharing my stories and memories about Cazenovia, in hopes that they, too, will love Caz just the way I do!
What advice would you give a student who is interested in Caz?
Be ready for the best four years of your life!
What do you like best about Caz?
How beautiful the campus is and the “family” atmosphere.
What is your favorite spot on campus?
I would have to say the Quad. It was a very popular hang out when I was a student here. I get nostalgic when the weather is nice and I see a lot of students on the Quad hanging out, relaxing, playing whiffle ball, and listening to music… I miss those days!
What is your favorite hobby?
I enjoy walking my dog, Jordan, staying active with basketball and softball, and hanging out with my friends and family!

My favorite book is “The Last Lecture” by Randy Pausch, and my favorite quote is “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard!”
