– The Cazenovia College Chorale Spring Concert is set to fill the Catherine Cummings Theatre at Cazenovia College with melodies crafted by Butler and Rutter, Mozart, Stroope, and Andrew Lloyd Webber on Monday, April 14. The 7:30 p.m.
performance, directed by Bruce Campbell and accompanied by pianist Bill Verity, will feature all-Chorale pieces, solos by five Cazenovia College students and a special performance by soprano Julianna Sabol
. The event is free and open to the public.
Sabol, associate professor of voice at the Syracuse University Setnor School of Music, has performed in Canada, Poland and the United States. She has graced the stage with several notable companies including the Auburn Chamber Orchestra, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, Dorian Opera Theatre, Dubuque Symphony Masterworks Chorale, Minnesota Opera, Syracuse Opera, Syracuse Symphony, Toledo Symphony, and Windsor Symphony. She will join Cazenovia’s 55-member Chorale to perform Mozart’s “Regina Coeli,” and will present a solo rendition of “Caro Nome” from Rigoletto.
