Jim Valvano has been known for his determination, motivation and spirit during his life. More than a simple college basketball coach, Valvano often reminded individuals not to give up on dreams. His most famous words “don’t give up…don’t ever give up” ring true to the hearts of millions of people. Although Valvano lost his battle with cancer, he reminds those in and out of sport to always push forward no matter what.
