Cazenovia College students knew that traveling 3,500 miles to live in another country for a semester would be a life-changing experience. No doubt many of them thought about how different life would be for them during the four months they would be so far from home. Though the differences are endless, most recently our students have experienced celebrating American holidays in a different country where those holidays don't exist (Thanksgiving) or aren't traditionally observed (Halloween). At the same time, Cazenovia College students are learning about holidays recognized by the English that are not present in the United States.
Over past week, our students contributed posts to the Canterbury Blog where they share their experiences with these cultural differences.
