The apartment style living complex is located on Sullivan St. across the street from Shove Suites. Preference will be given to students who maintain a 3.0 cumulative grade point average and be 21 years of age at the beginning of the fall semester.
The 9 Sullivan Street Apartments are comprised of one and two bedroom apartments. Each bedroom is double capacity, meaning each one bedroom apartment will have 2 residents and each two bedroom apartment will have 4 residents. Each apartment includes a living room, study area, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is furnished. The kitchen has a full stove and refrigerator.
