The McLaughlin Apartments are located at 82 Albany Street across the street from the Lincklaen House. This substance-free housing option provides for an environment where upperclassmen students have agreed not to consume alcoholic beverages, drugs (other than prescribed), or tobacco products.
There are five apartments in the building varying in size. Apartment 1 has two triple rooms and a double. Apartment 2 has two triple rooms and a single. Apartment 3 has a double room. Apartment 4 has a double room. Apartment 5 has a quad and a double room. Each bedroom is shared except for the single in Apartment 2. Each apartment includes a living room, kitchen, and one or two bathrooms. The apartment is furnished. The kitchen has a full stove and refrigerator.
