Park Hall

Park hall inside and outside view

Park Hall, located on the corner of Sullivan and Nickerson Streets, is a primarily first-year residence hall housing approximately 120 residents, including six Resident Advisors. Park Hall is supervised by an Assistant Director of Residence Life. It provides a co-educational living environment separated by male and female wings including separate bathroom facilities. A majority of the rooms are doubles with a few quad and single rooms also offered. When needed, lounges in each building are converted into quad occupancy residential rooms. Park Hall is a three-story building and features a full kitchen, laundry facilities in the basement and a main lounge on the first floor.

Park Hall and Watts Hall, the other first-year residence hall, are home to Cazenovia College’s Living-Learning Communities. This unique living arrangement allows students enrolled in a common First Year Seminar to live together in a residence hall wing. This is a great opportunity for you to meet other students with similar interests. More important, you will be able to participate in fun-filled events that enhance your required First Year Seminar. Living-Learning Communities feature field trips, guest speakers, and unique activities specifically designed to help you create lasting friendships and connections with other students and faculty. All of these help you grow and succeed in your first year at Cazenovia College.
