The gift of $1 million from the Jephson Educational Trusts to the Building Futures One at a Time campaign named Cazenovia College's 10 Albany Street location as Jephson Campus (previously known as South Campus). The gift represents the largest pledge ever made by the Jephson trustees.

The buildings located on Jephson Campus have served the College as instructional space for the Division of Art and Design for over twenty years, with nearly 40% of the student population taking at least one class there during their undergraduate experience. In addition, Jephson Campus accommodates nearly 100% of the studio art and fashion design majors. To serve this important and growing student population appropriately, there is a shared vision to refurbish and improve studio and instructional space for the faculty and students.

The Jephson Campus site on Albany Street is the College’s most visible piece of real estate. The property must be upgraded to be commensurate with the overall quality of the College’s learning spaces. This major initiative will not only influence our academic programs, but also showcase the College and serve as an attractive first impression to all individuals who live in and visit Cazenovia.
