
Retired from the firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC, Kelley is a member of the New York State Bar Association and served on its Tax-Exempt Bond Committee, Municipal Law Section and Tax Section. He is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Onondaga County Bar Association.
In the community, Kelley is a board member of the Burton Blatt Institute at Syracuse University, the Foundation of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse, the YMCA of Greater Syracuse, and St. Joseph’s College of Nursing, where he is also chair. In 2012, he received the Post-Standard Community Achievement Award.
Kelley earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from St. Lawrence University, a Master of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University, and a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. He received the Order of the Coif and served as the executive editor of Syracuse Law Review.
