Heath has more than 35 years of experience in the field of environmental and civil engineering and has full familiarity with a variety of federal and state regulations as they apply to public infrastructure and solid waste management facilities. Heath has established himself as a national leader in organics management and alternative waste conversion technologies.
A registered professional engineer in New York and Connecticut, and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, Heath received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He earned his Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
A member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Solid Waste Association of North America, New York State Association of Solid Waste Management, Mid-Atlantic Biosolids Association, and the US Composting Council, Heath has received numerous awards and recognition for his distinguished service in the profession of engineering.
