Heath has more than 40 years of experience in the field of environmental and civil engineering and has extensive experience with federal and state regulations as they apply to public infrastructure and solid waste management facilities. As part of his commitment to sustainable waste practices, Heath has established himself as a national leader in organics processing and recycling, as well as alternative waste to energy conversion technologies.
A registered professional engineer in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida, and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, Heath received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He earned his Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
He is currently a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America, New York State Association of Solid Waste Management, Mid-Atlantic Biosolids Association, and the US Composting Council. Heath has received numerous awards and recognition for his distinguished service in the profession of engineering.
