Many of Cazenovia College's business students have completed internships with the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. This relationship between Cazenovia College and the Javits Center allows students to explore an area of business that interests them, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Cazenovia College Summer Experience for High School Students
Enrollment has opened for the Summer Experience program for high school students scheduled for July 9-20. This program provides an opportunity for high school students to earn three college credit hours while taking an exciting course during two weeks of summer break. Each course offered will have highly individualized instruction from College faculty.

Marisa Shea '11 returned to campus on March 7 as the 2018 Paul J. Schupf lecturer to speak about her work in family law, focusing on domestic violence and child welfare. In her lecture, Speaking to Power, Shea noted the connections between her work in public policy, the women’s empowerment movement #MeToo, and the need to continue to work for social justice given the impact social media now has on social activism.

Special Olympics Gold Medalist
The College community would like to congratulate Ryan Goldacker, equine center staff member. Ryan competed as a member of the Special Olympics New York-Central Region team and won two gold medals at the 2018 Winter Special Olympics. He took first in the Alpine Advanced Giant Slalom and Alpine Advanced Slalom events.

April 21, 2018, at 10 a.m.
The annual Chittenango Creek Clean-Up will start at 10:00 a.m. at the Buyea's Hardware parking lot in Cazenovia and end at 11:45 a.m. Following the Chittenango Creek Clean-Up, volunteers will go to the Willow Patch to plant 30 wildlife shrubs in celebration of Arbor Day. The Willow Patch is located on the Carpenter’s Pond Trail just off Mill Street in the village of Cazenovia.
