The mission of the Cazenovia College Library is to create socially responsible information literate users. An ever-growing monographic collection along with other formats of information literacy resources are offered to users in an innovative and efficient manner by a caring and committed library staff. Furthermore, the library has created a "culture of assessment" that insures accountability for its goals and excellence in its service. To assure a comprehensive information literacy program across the curriculum the Library Director, the V.P. for Academic Affairs, and the Faculty as a whole work as a team to make life-long information literacy a goal for excellence in learning at Cazenovia College.
