Registration Instructions for NYSUT Students
New and returning NYSUT students can browse and register for courses using Cazenovia College’s instant enrollment course catalog. This online course catalog allows students to register and pay for online courses. Please allow up to two business days for your course enrollment to be processed, and access to the online course(s) to be enabled. All online courses are accessed through Cazenovia’s Canvas learning management system.

Getting Started with Your NYSUT Course
- After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your course registration. Please allow up to two business days for you course enrollment to be processed, and access to the online course(s) to be enabled.
- USERNAME & PASSWORD: Your Cazenovia College username will be included in the confirmation email. You will receive a second email with a temporary password.
- COURSE WEBSITE: All online courses are accessed through Cazenovia’s Canvas learning management system (https://cazenovia.instructure.com/).
- RETURNING STUDENTS: If it has been more than 180 days since you last took a course with us, please visit our Password Reset Program; http://passwordreset.cazenovia.edu/ to reset your password. If you have not registered with our password reset program, you will need to do so. You will need an alternative email or a cell phone number to register.
For those seeking a CTE professional certificate, you may now request your transcript. Transcripts can be requested after final grades are posted for the session. For an academic transcript (college credit option), you will submit the request through the National Student Clearinghouse using the following link, https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/ficecode/00268500. When submitting the request, you must choose the option for an undergraduate level transcript.
Spring Session Withdrawal Procedure
Students must request a course withdrawal in writing to the Center for Adult and Continuing Education. A grade of “W” will be recorded on their transcript. The last day to add/drop is March 2. The last day to withdraw from this course is April 6.
Spring Session Refund Policy & Schedule
Refunds for institutional charges are made only after an official withdrawal has been completed. All refunds are based on the official withdrawal date noted on the request. The refund will include only tuition.
- Through March 2 - 4:00pm: 100 percent of tuition
- March 2, 4:01pm – March 6, 4:00pm: 75 percent of tuition
- March 6, 4:01pm – March 10, 4:00pm: 50 percent of tuition
- March 10, 4:01pm – March 14, 4:00pm: 25 percent of tuition
- After March 14, 4:00pm: No refund
Summer Session Withdrawal Procedure

- After June 8, 2023 at 4 pm: no refund

Cazenovia College offers a variety of noncredit enrichment courses both on campus and in the local community. Courses are available in art, jewelry, cuisine, personal development, applied music, gardening, special holiday programs, and much more. A variety of workshops are also offered that allow art teachers to earn Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) hours. Check back later for offerings.
