
At a Glance
- All International Studies students study abroad – some for several semesters. Most study at our sister colleges in England, Japan or Washington DC where they enjoy tuition, room and board costs equal to living on campus.
- The program offers students a flexible major with a wide range of elective courses and the ability to customize their own internships. Students have studied or interned in NYC, South Africa, Germany, Washington DC and elsewhere.
- Coursework provides a balance of academic and professional study with all students completing two internationally-themed internships, studying languages and receiving hands-on experience.
International Studies is an interdisciplinary program that permits students to complete a challenging and diverse curriculum in a variety of academic areas. The International Studies Bachelor of Arts degree program makes use of the expertise of faculty from a broad array of academic disciplines including the social sciences, history, human services, English, communications, business, and liberal studies.
