STEP 1

Submit Your Deposit

Confirm your enrollment and become a Cazenovia Wildcat by completing and submitting the enrollment contract (included in your acceptance packet or download the PDF below), and submit your $200 tuition deposit.

Submit Your Deposit

To confirm enrollment you must also submit your deposit. Please choose from the following options for submitting your deposit.

Online: Make your payment online by using the sign-in information provided in the letter you received from Admissions.

Instructions for Online Payments

  1. Sign-in to Self Service at selfservice.cazenovia.edu/Student
  2. Click on the Student Finances button.
  3. Click on the Make a Payment link.
  4. Follow the Self Service portal instructions for entering your payment information.

Mail: Send your deposit with your enrollment contract. We will accept payment by check or money order by mail.

Phone: Call us at 1-800-654-3210 to make your deposit. We accept phone payments by credit or debit card.

STEP 2

Connect With Us From Home

Connect with us right from the comfort of your home! Cazenovia College offers our prospective students and guests the opportunity for an individual information session via phone or video chat.  You may choose a general admission counseling or a financial aid review session.  One-on-one sessions are available Monday through Saturday.

STEP 3

Designate Cazenovia to Receive Your FAFSA Information

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is your gateway to any of our need-based financial aid resources. More information about Financial Aid is available on our website in the Enrollment Services section. To file or update your FAFSA go to www.fafsa.ed.gov. Our FAFSA school code is 002685.

STEP 4

Register for Summer Orientation

It is clear that summer orientation matters, and after a year of limited opportunities to connect at home, we want to assure you that Cazenovia is ready to celebrate the opportunities for you to meet classmates and learn together with a day full helpful information-sharing and activities.

Whether meeting with academic advisors or getting to know your new classmates; finalizing student information with our health, enrollment, and housing offices or learning more about what to bring (or not) to your residence hall room; or getting unique access to our Village businesses, getting your Cazenovia student ID, OR even finding your future roommate, our team of campus faculty, staff, and all our orienteers are ready!

We promise to provide you with the information and guidance that is necessary at this pivotal transition point between high school and college. Choose between July 9 and July 24 for summer orientation.
