Cazenovia College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide 24/7 online transcript ordering and delivery of official transcripts. There is a nominal fee and delivery choices when using the online ordering service. In return, you will receive email or text confirmations of processing, mailing/transmission and receipt of your transcript. You can also track order status and your order history online. Your credit card is charged only when your order has been completed.
- To order an official transcript(s), login to the National Student Clearinghouse secure site. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees.
- If you have any "holds" on your account that prevent the release of a transcript, your request will not be processed until the hold is removed.
- If a transcript hold is not removed within 30 days, the transcript request is canceled.
- After you have placed your order with the National Student Clearinghouse, you can track your order using the following link: https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/TrackOrder
Transcripts show all work completed at Cazenovia College, undergraduate and graduate, and all transcripts issued by the Registrar are official.
Current students and recent graduates: Please use the National Student Clearinghouse for all transcript requests to another college. Current students can also request an official paper transcript in-person in the Enrollment Service Center. Please note that colleges/universities are only accepting electronic transcripts.
Unofficial transcripts are available by logging on to MyCaz – Self Service – Student Planning – Unofficial Transcript.
All transcript requests must be submitted through the National Student Clearinghouse site.
