Director of Career Services
Christine has held multiple professional positions in higher education administration. Her directorships in career services offices were at Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, IN, Indiana University South Bend, IN, and her current position at Cazenovia College. Other positions in higher education include the director of the Women’s Center at the University of Sioux Falls, assistant director of Student Support Services at Broome County Community College, and as a case manager for at-risk adults returning to college at Northern Kentucky University. Christine is certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors. She is also certified to administer the Myers/Briggs Type Indicator® personality inventory. Christine received a Bachelor of Arts in music from SUNY College at Buffalo, and earned her Master of Education in guidance and counseling from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. She is a native of Oswego, NY.
Career and Internship Counselor
Kate’s true passion is helping individuals discover their stories, and find success in a career that is personally meaningful and rewarding. Kate received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with a minor in gerontology from SUNY Oswego and went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in higher education administration from Stony Brook University. As a professional development board member of the Central New York Career Development Association, Kate continues to incorporate best practices into Career Services. Kate is also certified to administer the Strong Interest Inventory® career assessment. Kate grew up in the Utica, NY, area.
