Jennifer Caruana joined Cazenovia College in 2019, teaching courses in Academic Writing, Effective Speaking, Speech & Rhetoric, and Comparative Social Institutions.  She also served as an academic tutor for the school’s Center for Teaching and Learning during the 2021 Spring and Fall semesters.  In the Fall of 2021, she presented as part of the Great Minds/Great Ideas Lecture Series.  

Ms. Caruana holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Creative Writing and Theater from the State University of New York at Oswego, with concentrations in acting, directing, fiction writing, playwriting, and poetry, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Secondary Education with an English Language Arts concentration.   She has worked in a variety of fields, including education, journalism, and the non-profit sector, and continues to collaborate with local artists on various writing and performance projects.
