Dr. Koegel's extensive experience includes working for Fortune 500 corporations and not-for-profit organizations where she was employed as an administrator, human resources training coordinator, and in corporate accounting as an accounting clerk. She has several graduate degrees that allow her flexibility to teach courses in manufacturing, quality management, health care, and labor relations management. In addition, she also has experiences working in hospitality, sales, career counseling, and in the field of chemical dependency. Dr. Koegel was appointed Program Director of the Healthcare specialization in 2014 and served until 2017 and as Program Director for Hospitality in 2019. Dr. Koegel is active in her community and serves as a mediator and consultant for small businesses. Her expertise includes human resources management and entrepreneurial skill development.
