Ryan Zlomek

Professor Zlomek has been a member of the Cazenovia College faculty since 2022. With degrees from Binghamton University (B.A. Cinema, B.S. Human Development) and University At Buffalo (M.F.A. Media Arts Production), he spent his academic years studying narrative, avant-garde, animation, and documentary film production for both commercial and gallery distribution. He taught at both of his alma maters before moving into teaching and administrative roles in the independent school world with tenures at Washington Academy (East Machias, ME) and Manlius Pebble Hill School (Syracuse, NY). Residing in Syracuse, he compulsively reads comics and pulp fiction, listens to media industry interviews, and repairs retro coin-op machines for his business, the Skill Shot Pinball Arcade & Event Space.
