Gary A. Bolles, an internationally known expert on the future of work, will be speaking in person at Cazenovia College on Tuesday, October 12 at 3:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Bolles is an internationally recognized expert on the future of work, learning, and the organization. His focus is on the strategies for helping individuals, organizations, communities, and countries to thrive as we prepare for a post-pandemic world. He writes and lectures around the world on:

- The future of the organization
- The impact and opportunity of “exponential technologies”
- Understanding the disruption of industries and economies

Bolles’ just-published book, The Next Rules of Work: The Mindset, Skillset, and Toolset to Lead Your Organization Through Uncertainty, is the culmination of years of his research and consulting around the seismic changes in work, careers, and the organization. The focus of his book is the elements organizations, teams, and workers need to thrive in a world of exponential change.
