Carrie Luber
is vice president at Messenger Associates (MAI), a career management and Human Resources consulting firm. MAI believes in a strategic and practical approach, optimizing the latest technology and tools to give their customers and clients every incremental edge. 
Luber develops and delivers social media coaching to both individuals and organizations in a manner that makes learning both easy and fun while producing high-quality, targeted results. Her goal is to have participants recognize the purpose and value of utilizing social media. She has sat on panels and led training on social media for organizations such as CenterStateCEO, American Heart Association, WISE, TEDCenter at University College and CNY Sales and Marketing Executives. Luber actively employs LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and blogs to educate others, keep current on issues, network and promote Messenger Associates. 

Luber received her B.A. from the College of New Rochelle, with a double major in Business and Psychology and is a Certified Career Management Coach. She is currently on the board for The Hospice Foundation of Central New York and is a 2001 graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse.
