After an almost three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Cazenovia College Community Chorale returns for their Fall semester performance on Tuesday, November 15, at 7:30 PM at St. James Church in Cazenovia. The concert is free and open to the public.

Under the direction of Peter Ciarelli, the chorale will perform a variety of American works, including Frostiana, a set of seven selections set to the poetry of Robert Frost. Composed by the esteemed American choral composer Randall Thompson, Frostiana premiered in 1959, in Amherst, Massachusetts commemorating the town’s bicentennial.

The chorale is comprised of singers and orchestral players from the greater Cazenovia community. It is open to all who enjoy singing. Rehearsals are on Monday evenings during the College semester and are held at the Catherine Cummings Theatre. No audition is necessary.
